Booking fee

10% booking fee paid by the venue at booking; waived for the first 30 days.

Refunds

The booking fee is refundable if the performer does not show up (a no-show), unless LiveWave and the venue agree on a replacement performer.

No guarantee; no liability

LiveWave makes no guarantee and assumes no liability for performers. The performance agreement is between the performer and the venue.

Our role

LiveWave is not a manager or agent. LiveWave provides an admin, support and logistics service for a fee.

Entire remedy

A refund of the booking fee is the entire remedy.
